Constructed from TDS Fiberon™ PA612-CF15, these mounts utilize a specialized 15% Carbon Fiber reinforced Nylon 6/12. This material was chosen for its exceptional stiffness, high heat deflection, and most importantly its superior resistance to moisture and automotive chemicals compared to standard nylons.

Available in Three Configurations:

  • Single Hose Mount: Perfect for securing individual lines to firewalls, inner fenders, or chassis rails.

  • Dual Hose Mount: Keeps parallel lines perfectly indexed and secured to a single mounting point.

  • Dual Floating Separator: Joins two lines together mid-run to maintain spacing and prevent "sawing" or vibration damage without the need for a chassis mounting point.

The Engineering Advantage:

  • Advanced Composite Material: PA612-CF15 offers a high heat-deflection temperature and remains dimensionally stable even when exposed to oil, fuel, and humidity.

  • Carbon Fiber Reinforced: The 15% CF fill provides a "spring-steel" like snap-action, ensuring a tight grip on braided stainless or nylon AN hoses.

  • Fastener Ready: Integrated mounting holes are precision-sized for M6 or 1/4" Button Head or Pan Head fasteners, providing a clean, flush-mount aesthetic.
