COVID -19 SHIPPING INFORMATION
We have decided to continue to offer USPS shipping options in order to provide more affordable shipping options for orders that are not time critical. Delays have been inconsistent, regardless of the destination. Use USPS at your own discretion – until further notice, we can not consider a USPS shipment to be “lost” until at least 4 weeks from the ship date. If your order is urgent or time sensitive please email before ordering or choose the Express shipping method.

Use USPS at your own discretion – until further notice, we can not consider a USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail shipment to be “lost” until at least 8 weeks from the ship date. If your order is urgent or time sensitive, we strongly recommend choosing UPS.

Our webstore is setup to make international order checkout fast and easy. As of 8/25/2020 I am offering these shipping methods:

- UPS (Multiple depending on location see checkout)
We can ship to virtually any address around the world.
I try to get most orders shipped out the same day they come in. In certain circumstances I am unable to do that.
If you need your products on a Saturday, please place your order by Wednesday. Orders placed on Fridays after 12PM PST will be shipped the following week.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange for store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
